nope you can use it at the run out of the day everybody have the same skin so if a girl doesnt take side effects its highly unlikely u will unless ur allergic to the stuff
Better to hold them swim for an hour in a chlorinated pool every hours of daylight. The chlorine kills adjectives the bacteria and help clear up their skin fast. My son, the lifeguard, pointed out to me that he notice swimmers did not have acne.
Drink plenty of dampen & keep past its sell-by date fatty foods, sugar & chocolate. Better than any supliments.
