my hubby works at night and comes home and sleeps near in 20 minutes of commin home
afterwards he wakes up around 7 hrs subsequent gets up for around 4 hrs eats (a honourable home cooked dinner)does a little near all the kids next goes rear to sleep for 4 more hrs. then rushes sour to work

I don't know. Working nights can really mess up your life span. Try to give him a break. Other afterwards that maybe, conceivably. he needs a physical and to hold his blood sugar tested. You never feel right working night. Maybe he really doesn't sleep that great when he first comes home. Talk to him. See if maybe he stayed up when he get home for a while then go to bed, he might rest better. But, it depends on your family diary too. But, I will repeat, working nights can really mess you up.
