Any Ideals No response from mutual to a short distance down?

Hi hope I am wording right...A friend just call and asked me to ask for her.
Here it goes!
Her husbands leg, thigh,& right testicle have been hurting for a couple days.
This morning he awoke and have numbness from top of leg about six inch's down..testicle be not numb, but the numbness did lean toward that way.
Any one ever have this to happen?
Any suggestions what it could possibly be?

Your friends husband needs to see a doctor, it could be anything and most severly a stroke or heart attack contained by the making.
